Little Engineers Walks

Calling all budding engineers!

Has your little explorer ever wanted to get up close and personal with a real, operational locomotive?

Well, here's their opportunity! Your little ones will don their hi-vis and hard hats, and get the chance to descend into the railway pit in Darlington Locomotive Works, viewing Tornado in all her glory!

Children must be accompanied at all times. This activity is suitable for children aged 5+, but younger children are welcome to attend if they are able to walk and listen to instructions!

Limited places available, booking is essential. Please gather inside the Darlington Locomotive Works' workshop 10 minutes before your pit walk is due to start.
