Go creepy-crawly crazy at Hopetown Darlington!
Railway lines are great ecology corridors for plants, insects and animals which can spread seeds, make homes and move about, all without humans disturbing them.
Hopetown Darlington has loads of outdoor space to explore. Have a look around for bugs, then make your own insect hotel in The Stores. Take your creations home and watch the critters check in!
This is a family workshop. It's recommended for ages 5 to 10 and their accompanying adult. Younger visitors are welcome but may need extra help with the task.
